The Senior Legal Recruiting Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting and the Boston legal recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top entry level legal talent for our Boston office. Partners with department leadership to execute recruitment initiatives including the firm’s most significant recruiting initiative, the annual summer program.

- Ability to effectively train and delegate to others on the team.
- Ability to consult with attorneys and staff across all levels of seniority to conduct searches to determine best approach to fulfilling staffing needs, re-evaluate as necessary.
- Must be innovative and proactive in marketing the firm to various candidate constituencies.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to follow up and follow through.
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects effectively.
- Ability to work in a multi-office environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally and educationally diverse environment.
- Proactive in learning and adapting to new systems and processes.
- Ability to perform under stressful conditions in a thoughtful, organized, and professional manner.
- Continually looks to streamline recruitment processes for greatest efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Five-seven years of executive recruiting or attorney professional development experience at a mid-sized or large law firm, career services or other professional services industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database programs (e.g., LawCruit, FloRecruit, Symplicity); advanced social media (LinkedIn etc.) and web-based programs skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize confidential information and to maintain confidentiality of such information.
- Ability to work efficiently independently as well as within a team.
- Highly-motivated with strong initiative skills.

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
Boston: $88,600 - $135,100
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role. Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
