The WTG Technician supervises offloading and erection work carried out from inside the wind turbine, overseeing all internal works during erection to make sure they are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

In this role, you will:

• →Supervise offloading of WTG components and materials, ensuring safe handling, sequencing, and correct positioning
• →Supervise all erection work carried out from inside the turbine tower and nacelle
• →Oversee all internal works performed inside the WTG during erection, coordinating with the contractor's internal crews
• →Ensure internal cabling, fastening, and component installation follow OEM procedures and torque/tensioning specifications
• →Enforce HSE requirements for internal works, including confined space, work-at-height, and correct PPE use
• →Inspect internal mechanical and electrical connections for quality and completeness before close-out
• →Report deviations, damage, or non-conformances found during internal inspections to the mechanical site engineers
• →Coordinate with crane and offloading teams to sequence internal works with external erection activities

• Specialized hands-on experience with the WTG's internal systems on a flagship 900 MW project
• Close working exposure to OEM erection procedures and quality standards

• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in mechanical, electrical, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with WTG offloading and erection, particularly internal turbine works
• Working knowledge of torque wrenches, hydraulic tools, and mechanical/electrical assembly equipment
• Familiar with HSE requirements for confined space and work at height
• Able to read technical drawings, work instructions, and torque/tensioning specifications
• Basic English, spoken and written
