Receiving Utility - Copperworks

Entry-level position that assists in all functions of receiving and scrap bay. 

• →Unload trucks of scrap metal and raw material
• →Assist in coordination of receiving activities
• →Unload shipments of parts and supplies
• →Sort incoming scrap metal
• →Perform routine inventories of products

• Ability to make critical decisions
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
• Possess a self-starter quality for seeking input and details from resources
• Solid mechanical aptitude and a desire to problem solve
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
• Must have good math skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Possess a willingness to work in cold/hot outside conditions as well as hot inside conditions
