• →Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
• →Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using statistical methods and tools.
• →AI-Enabled Process Improvement: Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline existing analytics workflows and business process, under the guidance of the Enterprise Excellence team.
• →Reporting: Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• →Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• →Tool Utilization: Use tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• →Documentation: Document methodologies, processes, and findings for future reference.
• →Mentorship: Participate in mentorship sessions with senior team members to gain insights and guidance.
• →Communication: Communicate results and insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings to ensure understanding and facilitate decision- making.

• You must be 18 years of age by the start of the summer internship assignment and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 after each completed semester/term.
• You must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Junior and Senior candidates are on track to graduate with a bachelor’s/master’s degree.
• Majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or willingness to learn data analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, R or Python.
• Ability to contribute to and balance delivery timelines against, multiple projects/demands simultaneously.

A valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy are required.
