~1 min read- →Diagnose & Repair HVAC Systems – Troubleshoot and repair residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
- →Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine system maintenance to ensure peak efficiency and reliability.
- →Customer-Focused Service – Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to homeowners.
- →System Performance Testing – Conduct refrigerant level checks, airflow analysis, and other diagnostics to optimize functionality.
- →Emergency Repairs – Respond promptly to urgent service calls, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- →Parts Replacement – Identify and replace faulty components, guaranteeing high-quality, long-lasting repairs.
- →Technical Troubleshooting – Utilize industry-standard tools and software to diagnose HVAC system malfunctions.
- →Service Documentation – Maintain detailed work orders, service reports, and recommendations for system improvements.
- →Safety & Compliance – Adhere to OSHA regulations, local building codes, and company safety policies.
- →Work Independently & Adapt – Manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and flexibility for overtime or weekends as needed.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational HVAC training preferred
- 3+ years of HVAC experience, with leadership experience preferred
- Technical Knowledge – Proficient understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerants, wiring, and control systems.
- Certification – EPA Type II or Universal Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
- Customer Service Skills – Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to enhance the customer experience.
- Physical Requirements – Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments, including attics and crawl spaces.
- Driver’s License – Valid license with a clean driving record.
