• →Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• →Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• →Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.
• →Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• →Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• →Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• →Participate in clinic research studies.
• →Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
