MINNESOTA FAMILY SEEKS LOVING NANNY!

VADNAIS HEIGHTS, MN- A warm and welcoming family in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota (just 20 minutes from St. Paul and bordering White Bear Lake) is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny/family assistant to care for their four elementary-aged children (girls ages 9, 8, and 5, and a boy age 6). They are looking for an energetic, highly organized professional who can confidently manage a busy household, engage the children in meaningful activities, and help keep everyone's schedules running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a true "wrangler" who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and brings a calm, positive presence to the home.

The family's preferred schedule is Wednesday through Friday from 1:00 PM–7:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. However, they are open to discussing a traditional Monday through Friday schedule for the right candidate. The position guarantees 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include school pick-up and transportation to extracurricular activities (using the family's vehicle), preparing after-school snacks and simple family dinners, helping the children prepare for school, organizing backpacks and activity gear, managing busy schedules, engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, light housekeeping related to the children, and providing general household organization and support. A clean driving record is required, and the ideal candidate will be an experienced nanny or educator who enjoys working with multiple school-aged children and can confidently juggle the needs of a busy family.

The family also travels throughout the year to their home in Puerto Rico, typically for about a week at a time, and would love to find someone who is willing and excited to travel with them as needed.

Compensation is $30 per hour, paid legally through W-2 payroll, with guaranteed full-time hours.
