The Policy Services Supervisor oversees day-to-day policy service operations within the Commercial Enterprise Department. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in policy servicing while providing guidance and support to Underwriting Technicians and team leads.

• →Direct and support Underwriting Technicians and team leads in completing policy service tasks.
• →Monitor daily workflows to ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
• →Assist in identifying training needs and deliver hands-on training for team members.
• →Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
• →Implement established workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• →Coordinate with IT and Product Development teams on automation issues as directed by the manager.
• →Track productivity and quality metrics; report results to the Policy Services Manager.
• →Conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions such as promotions or salary adjustments.
• →Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• →Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• 5 years underwriting processing experience
• 1 year of leadership experience
• Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of personal computers
• Oral and written communication skills
• Supervisory and mentoring skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business or related field
• Associate in General Insurance designation

INDSP

The salary range for this position is $$61,549.00  - $76,936.00 Yr. 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
