As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and help create an exceptional experience both in person and over the phone. You’ll:

• Handle client inquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Manage client accounts accurately and efficiently
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services
• Provide personalized care and support to clients and their pets
• Communicate clearly with clients and help support client education
• Promote responsible pet ownership through thoughtful communication
• Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with your teammates to support an efficient and positive client experience
