Experienced Executive Host-Omaha

• →Must be at least 19 years of age
• →High school diploma or equivalent required
• →Minimum five (5) years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation (slot and table games environment)
• →Strong understanding of player tracking systems and complimentary/comp guidelines
• →Established player base or demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal guest following
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• →Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• →Excellent guest relations and phone etiquette skills
• →Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License

• College degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field

• Nebraska Gaming License (required and must be maintained)
• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing casino environment
• Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout gaming and entertainment areas
• Ability to communicate effectively in noisy, high-energy environments
• Occasional lifting and carrying of promotional materials or supplies (up to 25 lbs)
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Travel is primarily local during business hours, with occasional out-of-area or overnight travel required
• Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be available to work varying schedules based on business needs
