We are seeking a strategic scientific leader to drive our in vitro immune diseases and inflammation platform. This individual will focus on scientific strategy, client engagement, and program communication, acting as a key scientific voice and partner both internally and externally. The role requires deep expertise in immune disease models, in vitro pharmacology, and the ability to translate science into business growth.

Responsibilities

  • →Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the in vitro immune disease assay and screening platform.
  • →Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their scientific needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • →Provide scientific leadership and guidance across projects, fostering innovation and ensuring scientific rigor.
  • →Monitor emerging scientific trends and breakthroughs in immune diseases, and recommend new capabilities or approaches.
  • →Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to align strategies and create synergies across the organization.
  • →Support BD and marketing efforts through scientific presentations, client meetings, and contributions to proposals and marketing materials.
  • →Ensure clear and effective communication of program updates, data, and scientific insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Biology, Pharmacology, or a related discipline with a focus on immune diseases, especially autoimmune diseases.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a strategic or leadership role within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong scientific background demonstrated through publication record in immune diseases, particularly autoimmune diseases.
  • Hands-on experience with in vitro assay development, validation, and data analysis in immune or inflammatory drug discovery.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment and support business growth through scientific excellence.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in client-facing roles or scientific consultancy preferred.
