In close collaboration with the various departments at Crelux you will provide structural biology support for early-stage drug discovery projects covering a wide range of target classes. Your main responsibilities will include the planning of structural biology projects and crystallization experiments, X-ray crystallography data processing and structure determination of protein-ligand complexes, and the communication of results to our clients.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Planning and running structural biology client projects with a focus on structure-based drug design in early-stage drug discovery projects
- →Planning of crystallization and data collection experiments as well as the determination of X-ray crystal structures (typically protein-ligand complexes)
- →Professional written and verbal communication of scientific results in internal and external project teams
- →Careful documentation and evaluation of scientific protocols and results
