Provide continuous, in‑house coverage of CCTV monitoring, access control, and badge lifecycle operations to ensure a secure, compliant, and well‑controlled workplace.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Monitor CCTV in real time; identify anomalies, alarms, and risks; log events and escalate per SOPs.
- →Administer access control including badge issuance, modification, deactivation, and handling exceptions.
- →Perform incident triage: evaluate alarms, gather evidence, complete logs, and escalate to Security Leader.
- →Conduct routine health checks on CCTV cameras/NVRs and access devices; report faults to MEP/IT or vendors.
- →Maintain daily logs, incident records, badge audit trails, and evidence retention per governance standards.
- →Coordinate with guarding vendor on post orders, responses, escorts, and incident follow‑through.
- →Support investigations by exporting CCTV footage, access reports, and preparing audit documentation.
- →Participate in awareness campaigns, drills, emergency exercises, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 2 years of experience in security operations or a related role is preferred
- Situational awareness and real-time decision making
- Strong documentation and log discipline
- Integrity in handling sensitive evidence and credentials
- Customer service mindset for badge/access exceptions
- Ability to follow escalation paths and SOPs
- Coordination with Front Desk and guarding vendor team
- English proficiency (B2 level) preferred for documentation and system use
