The position will be in charge to position ITT Goulds as the best pump supplier for main projects, increasing slurry / Verticals pump installed base. on-site installation, service, repair, process and development support, test support, trouble shooting, and training of products at customer facilities in a timely and cost-effective manner. Help customers with the operation and maintenance of the pumping system. Company experts with customers on administrative and technical matters.
Responsibilities

- →Identify potential pump repair opportunities.
- →Pump Commissioning and Start-up.
- →Warranty Evaluation on-site.
- →Customer surveys and evaluations.
- →Diagnoses and troubleshooting Repairs.
- →Prepare detailed Service Reports for customers and company.
- →Follow the company expenses policy and submit expense reports in timely matters and within the limits established in the company expenses policy.
- →Maintain tools/work equipment in good working conditions.
- →Problem solving.
- →Maintain a customer focus to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer.
CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS:
Vibration Analysis Level I (Level II Desirable)
Shaft Alignment certification (Desirable)
English (Intermediate - Advanced)
EXPERIENCE: at least 3 years of verified experience on:
- Pump Start-up & operation.
- Predictive / corrective pumps maintenance.
- Pump Test and API Norms Reference.
- Work Under Pressure.
- Personal Training skills.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Full knowledge on Hydraulics & Centrifugal Pumps.
- Intermediate Electric Motor & Diesel Engines knowledge.
- Basic VFD Operation.Basic Process Knowledge.
