• →Verifying dental insurances, treatment planning and pre authorizations.
• →Verifying insurance coverages for new patients or referrals, and updating information for existing patients if/when necessary.
• →Calling insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations for recommended services and procedures.
• →Overseeing ADA coding eligibility based on patients' insurance plans.
• →Explaining financial responsibility to patients based on their dental benefits.
• →Processing patient routers according to the patients’ insurance carriers.
