- Assist orthodontists during various orthodontic procedures and check-ups.
- Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Greet and comfort patients, ensuring they feel calm and secure throughout their dental visit.
- Take routine or necessary orthodontic X-rays and impressions or as directed by the orthodontist.
- Educate patients on proper care and oral hygiene techniques.
- Accurately document patient records and treatment notes.
- Maintain professional communication with the front of house and back of house teams, orthodontists, and patients.
- Utilize excellent listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A compassionate, patient demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

- Eager to learn and improve orthodontic assisting skills

- Registered Orthodontic Assistant Certification

Requirements

- Knowledge of Dental and Orthodontic Terminology
- X-Ray Certification
