ABOUT DEPARTMENT The space design teams focus on creating amazing spatial experiences in, interior, architecture, furniture design, signage, visual merchandising, and more; and apply it to a wide range of scenarios. From Restaurants, Office Spaces, Hotels, Café, residential, exhibits, retail, and other interesting avenues. ROLE SUMMARY You will be responsible for creating and executing designs for the interiors of offices, and other buildings. You will work closely with us to understand our needs and preferences, and then develop a plan to create a space that meets those needs. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES* Some of your areas of responsibility will include: Creating 2D/3D models and sketches Developing concepts and plans for the interior of a space Be involved in all phases of the project including research, layouts, drafting and rendering, designing, project cost analysis, estimates, etc. Design according to the knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, production costs, and the capability of production facilities Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the design can be executed properly End-to-end order management, research, order tracking, and quality-check Prepare presentations and client meetings Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certifications -** We prioritize skills over traditional degrees. But any training/ certifications/ projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate your deep interest in this field are highly desirable. Software and Applications- Proficiency in Space design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
