AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Some of your responsibilities will include: Assist with network and server maintenance, monitoring, and development. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support. Organize and maintain IT resources Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs. Maintain inventory records and documentation for equipment. Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management. Setup & configuration of software packages & new computers. Assisting staff with utilization of various office technologies. Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software. Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors. *May be required to perform additional responsibilities and projects upon request. Requirements Education: Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems. Software and Applications Proficiency: Have understanding of both Windows and MacOS systems. MS Office Ability to learn new applications and softwares quickly. Qualities & Capabilities: Tech Savvy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
