DEPARTMENT Sales COMPANY Autoplex AV REPORT TO Senior Customer Advisor STIPPEND 3K -4K DURATION Minimum 3 months. LOCATION Full-time (in-office) internship. We’re seeking candidates for the position; Sales Intern. Candidates with efficiency in interacting with customers are invited. Sales Interns are required to analyse the customer needs, match them to an automobile of their dreams, organise test drives, and make the sale! We invite you to be part of our team and help to deliver top-notch customer experience! AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Customer Advisors to generate & convert leads into Sales. Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets. Help out with the setup of the showroom and the promotional displays. Lead a hand to Accessories Executive in promoting Genuine Tata Accessories sale. Provide assistance to customers in completion the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed. Do a complete follow-up of all leads till conclusion; ensuring proper Data Capturing with ID proofs, Documentation for TATA Motors claims, etc. Be a part of End-to-End process; Customer Greetings >Data Capturing > Test Drive Offering > Facilitation in Finance and Exchange(if Req)> Accessories Pitching> Payment Collection >Billing > Insurance and RTO> HSRP> Feedback. Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features. Promote the company’s services with buyers to ensure customer loyalty and conduct routine follow up for continued satisfaction. Requirements Experience- Fresher Education & Certifications- Relevant degree in Management. Software and Applications- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, HRMS Systems, have knowledge and can adapt to other technologies very quickly. Qualities & Capabilities- Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills Has clarity regarding Sales in Auto-motives. Strong self-motivation.
