Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct end-to-end business process mapping and analysis using Lucidchart (or similar tools)
- →Facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements
- →Document, analyse, and validate business and functional requirements
- →Collaborate closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and third-party vendors
- →Support the implementation and rollout of the CPQ solution
- →Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
- →Assist in integration efforts with:
- →PIM system (Syndigo)
- →ERP system (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
- →Identify process improvements and optimisation opportunities
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst
- Strong expertise in business process mapping (Lucidchart or equivalent)
- Experience running discovery workshops and managing requirements lifecycle
- Knowledge of CPQ systems and processes
- Understanding of PIM and ERP integrations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and solutions
- Experience with Oracle CPQ
- Familiarity with Syndigo PIM
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Background in a software reseller or similar commercial environment
