SAP Director – Global Pharmaceutical Company

📍 Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

💰 €120,000 basic + bonus + car + excellent benefits

🌍 Permanent | Global remit

• →Lead the global SAP strategy, including S/4HANA implementation and optimisation
• →Oversee ERP, HCM, BI, and AI/ML platforms across multiple regions
• →Drive standardisation, automation, and data integrity across corporate systems
• →Partner with business and IT leaders to enable data-driven decision-making
• →Manage major transformation programmes, vendor relationships, and budgets
• →Lead and develop a global SAP and IT team
• →Champion innovation through analytics, automation, and AI

• 10+ years in SAP and IT leadership, including 5+ in global roles
• Proven success in SAP ECC → S/4HANA transformation
• Strong understanding of corporate processes (Finance, HR, Procurement)
• Experience with data governance, BI tools, and cloud enterprise solutions
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and people management skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery
