🔵 ServiceNow Admin / Support (Contract) – Remote (India)
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Handle BAU support across Incident, Request, Problem
- Manage queues, assignments, SLAs, and escalations
- User & group management, role assignments
- Service Catalog administration & small updates
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Work closely with support teams to ensure SLA adherence
- Configure and update Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Support minor workflow and Flow Designer changes
- Fix bugs and implement small platform enhancements
- Assist with release deployments and change activities
- Min 5 years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITSM administration
- Experience in production support / BAU environments
- Exposure to light development (scripts & configuration)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- CSA certification preferred (CIS-ITSM a plus)
- Comfortable working in UK hours
- Location: India (Fully Remote)
- Type: Contract
- Working hours: UK time zone (8 hours/day)
- Start: Immediate / short notice preferred
- Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per day (10% TDS included)
- Payment: Within 21 days of invoice

Payment will be made directly to the candidate or registered sole proprietorship/company account.
