We are seeking individuals who are dependable, caring, and ready to assist seniors with daily living needs while promoting independence and safety at home.

What This Role Offers
• Hourly pay starting at $14–$17 based on experience and care level
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts
• Full-time and part-time case options available
• Work assignments placed close to Farmington and surrounding areas

Daily Responsibilities May Include
• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Supporting meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients with memory-related conditions (training provided if needed)
• Assisting with safe mobility and transfers
• Supporting errands or appointment transportation when required

Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication skills and dependability
• Ability to pass a background screening
• TB test required prior to starting (can be completed during onboarding)
