Responsibilities

  • →Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to shape and finish composite parts.
  • →Perform quality inspections to ensure components meet standards.
  • →Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • →Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • →Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and continuous improvement goals.
  • →Participate in training and development activities.
  • →Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in composite manufacturing or related field is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with fiberglass, resins, and composite materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to safely handle and use various hand and power tools.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
