We’re looking for an exceptional National Product/Pricing Manager to join our leadership team in Istanbul. If you’re commercially savvy, strategically sharp, and passionate about building and leading market-winning products, we want to hear from you. As a successful and highly supportive team manager, you should be familiar with management of trade lane business and working with global teams.

This is a unique opportunity to drive a robust Road freight product vision and roadmap for a high-performing, ambitious business — while shaping the next chapter of your own career, nationally and potentially internationally across our global network.

Your Impact:

•Create and implement a winning procurement strategy that strengthens and expands our Road Freight product offering.

•Lead supplier negotiations and manage key carrier relationships to secure the best outcomes.

•Drive profitable growth by aligning procurement and sales strategies — building strong customer relationships and securing key accounts.

•Oversee supplier performance with a continuous improvement mind-set.

•Champion Road Freight best practices and standards across the Turkish organization.

•Work closely with our customers, Trade Lane Managers and Sales teams to deliver exceptional service, customer development, and retention.

Your Background:

•You must have extensive experience in Road freight, with a strong commercial and product/pricing focus.

•A proven track record negotiating with carriers and maintaining influential industry relationships.

•Fluent in Turkish with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

•A strong and highly motivated team leader and natural presenter and communicator who can inspire and align teams with your vision.

•A strategic thinker and strong negotiator with a clear focus on delivering results by attracting new business or developing the existing ones

•A proactive, motivated individual who enjoys leading change and driving innovation.
