We are looking for a proactive and experienced Regional Coordinator for Sales Enablement in the ASPAC region to join our dynamic Corporate Sales team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering our sales organization with the essential information, content, and tools to boost their productivity and success. You will be at the forefront of deploying new programs, fostering alignment between departments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and improve our sales processes.

Driving and deploying effective sales processes, practices, and tools.

Evaluating and prioritizing key sales enablement initiatives.

Overseeing and administering our CRM system (Salesforce), managing related objectives and activities.

Proactively monitoring and ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency within the sales organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Creating, coordinating, deploying, and maintaining our comprehensive sales training program, including our New Sales Onboarding program.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches by enabling our sales team to understand and effectively sell our solutions.

Partnering with the Marketing Department to develop compelling customer-facing content, case studies, and to support marketing programs and campaigns.

Managing a variety of sales enablement projects and coordinating all related activities.

Acting as the sales department's representative in our internal business intelligence function, leading sales demands related to business intelligence.

Serving as a Project and Process Manager for sales-related initiatives, focusing on planning, communication, cost management, process definition, and optimization.

A relevant university degree.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position.

Exceptional business acumen and a collaborative spirit.

Excellent technical proficiency, an innovative mindset, and adaptability to change.

Excellent process-oriented thinking and a strong understanding of CRM systems.

High proficiency in English and Mandarin.

A self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of initiative.

A creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box.

Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in and commitment to technical and IT topics.

A reliable partner to both internal teams and customers.
