What We Offer
~1 min read✓Work with Administrative team to build and manage the HR functions of the organization
✓Coordinate and assist with the recruitment of qualified staff for open positions
✓Manage/Maintain local HR functions and paperwork for employees
✓Oversee payroll in gathering and processing payroll data, communicating with employees and resolving payroll issues
✓Other adhoc duties as requested
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Minimum of 1 year coordinating human resource paperwork
- Verbal ability to receive and communication complete and accurate information
- Human relations skills to use tact and diplomacy in contracts with the persons served, and knowledge of employment laws
