To support demand and material planning activities by analyzing forecast accuracy, simulating material availability, and managing finished goods inventory to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support demand forecasting and material planning processes to align with business and production requirements.
- →Analyze sales forecasts, demand trends, and historical data to improve forecast accuracy.
- →Perform material availability simulations to identify potential shortages and supply risks.
- →Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure material readiness and supply continuity.
- →Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to maintain optimum Finished Goods (FG) inventory.
- →Track and analyze forecast performance and identify opportunities for planning improvements.
- →Prepare planning reports, inventory analysis, and related KPI measurements.
- →Support supply-demand balancing activities to achieve customer service and inventory targets.
- →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Material Planning, or Inventory Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in forecast analysis, inventory control, and material planning.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience with SAP, MRP, or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
