Manager, SAP CPI Integration

We are seeking seasoned SAP Integration Lead (10+ years) to provide technical oversight, architecture guidance, and team leadership across our integration footprint. This candidate will act as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level developers, resolve complex escalation blockers, and govern integration patterns using multi-middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities

 Leadership & Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, enforce design standards, and uplift the overall technical capability of the team.

 Technical Escalation & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of escalation to unblock the team on critical integration issues, complex transformations, and core architectural bottlenecks.

 Architecture & Governance: Establish integration guidelines, security practices, and reusable assets across SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with enterprise architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical integration designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of total experience in enterprise integration, with 6+ years specifically in SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SAP PO/PI.

Proven Lead/Mentorship Experience: Track record of leading developer teams, conducting code reviews, and structuring technical guidance.

Deep Architectural Knowledge: Expertise in event-driven architecture, RESTful API design, microservices integration, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud extensions.

Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and debugging skills across cloud and on-premise networks (Cloud Connector, reverse proxies, firewalls).

Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical delivery teams and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite.

Experience with enterprise integration governance frameworks.
