Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts time studies, methods analysis and line-balancing data collection.
• Develops and maintains standard work, labor standards, capacity data and visual aids.
• Supports development of plant layouts and material-flow diagrams.
• Collects, analyzes and reports productivity and efficiency data.
• Identifies process-improvement opportunities and supports kaizen events.
• Supports line launches, rebalancing and headcount modeling.
• Provides guidance to less-experienced technicians and operators on standard work.

Required Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED
• 8+ years of experience supporting industrial engineering or manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two-year/associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing or a related field.
• Advanced hands-on experience with time studies, methods analysis and line balancing.
• Ability to build and maintain standard work, labor standards and capacity models.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data-analysis tools.
• Ability to read layouts, blueprints and process documentation.
• Proven ability to work with limited supervision on non-routine analyses.
• Experience supporting new production lines and rebalancing.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and simulation/analysis software.
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt.
