• →Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. 
• →Provide superior customer service to our customers. 
• →Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders. 

• → Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product. 
• → Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners) 
• →Works closely with internal customers 
• →Upholds environmental health and safety standards. 
• →Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace. 

• High School diploma or GED required 
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
• Experience in the HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
• Basic computer skills 
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment 
• Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers 
• Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires 
• Full-time role, with a great benefits package, PTO, Paid Sick Time, Education Tuition Reimbursement and annual incentive plan
