The Director of Integrated Marketing leads 360° campaign strategy and execution across Caruso’s portfolio, driving coordinated marketing initiatives that increase visitation, engagement, and revenue. This role oversees paid digital media, social strategy and community management, influencer partnerships, and website content updates, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, performance-driven, and aligned to business objectives.
Serving as the strategic integrator across creative, media, property marketing, and brand partnership marketing, the Director translates campaign objectives into cross-channel plans with clear KPIs and measurable results. The role partners closely with Corporate Communications to align marketing initiatives with earned media efforts and broader brand objectives.
- Own integrated marketing strategy
- Develop campaign frameworks rooted in clear objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between creative, corporate comms, loyalty, property marketing, and brand partnership teams for seamless execution.
- Lead digital paid media strategy including paid social, search, and campaign boosting, as well as test and learn channel strategies (e.g., CTV, programmatic, etc.)
- Partner with agency and internal teams to optimize performance against visitation, engagement, and revenue goals.
- Monitor performance data and provide actionable recommendations for budget allocation and optimization.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to optimize enterprise narrative
- Collaborate with Loyalty, Property Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Operations teams to align marketing with on-property and partnership execution.
- Support tenant openings and key launches with integrated marketing amplification.
