Responsibilities
~1 min readAs the People & Culture Specialist, you will:
- →Lead the onboarding process from offer acceptance through a successful first day.
- →Coordinate engaging New Employee Orientation sessions.
- →Partner with hiring managers, IT, Facilities, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure employees are fully prepared to begin work.
- →Coordinate mandatory training and maintain employee training records.
- →Support HR operations, including HRIS updates, onboarding documentation, benefits enrollment, and personnel records.
- →Monitor compliance with employment documentation, licensure, certifications, and required training.
- →Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
- →Help create an outstanding employee experience that reflects Casa Esperanza's mission and values.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, training coordination, or employee services.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or human services experience.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred).
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
