Talent Acquisition Specialist

CaseGuard is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. This role requires a proactive talent partner who can attract high-performing candidates in software engineering, AI/ML, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments and understands how to build strong pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• →Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
• →Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms.
• →Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• →Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews.
• →Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels.
• →Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff.
• →Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• →Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
• →Represent CaseGuard at job fairs, virtual hiring events, and industry conferences.
• →Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS.
• →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, SaaS, or technical roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with a willingness to dig in, learn quickly, and proactively take ownership of work in a high paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
