We are seeking a Manager , Product Operations to serve as the connective tissue between executive vision and global execution. This is a "Strategy-Track" role designed for a high-performer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks like a consultant, and executes like an operator. Someone who thinks in frameworks, communicates with precision, and gets things done in environments where the path forward isn't always clear.

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Toronto office located at 351 King St E, Toronto, ON
  • Architect the Operating System : You will own the processes that determine how Caseware's product leadership sets priorities, resolves tradeoffs, and decides what gets built next. That means designing how QBRs, FY Roadmap Planning, and Leadership Summits actually run- the prep, the structure, the decisions, and the follow-through so that high-stakes, high-pressure moments become a rhythm the entire organization can rely on.
  • Own the Story of Growth : You are the Narrative Lead for the Product organization. You synthesize inputs, priorities, and blockers from regional product leaders across the globe into compelling, board-ready communications. Your slides don't just inform - they build conviction.
  • Be the Interface Between Vision and Execution : You sit between the Global Leadership Team and Regional Product Leaders. You are the diplomat who finds common ground among competing stakeholders, surfaces what's at risk before it becomes a crisis, and keeps the organization aligned around what matters most.
  • Strategic Roll-up-Sleeves Execution: You are a "Force Multiplier." Whether it’s deep-diving into a product bottleneck or building a complex dependency model, you do whatever it takes to ensure the we can lead effectively.
  • Turn Complexity into Clarity :The "messy middle" of global product development  cross-functional friction, shifting priorities, unclear ownership  lands on your desk. You translate it into a single source of truth that gives every stakeholder exactly what they need to move forward.
  • 3–5 years of high-stakes experience from a top-tier management consultancy (MBB / Big 4) or a Strategic Ops / Product Ops function inside a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Elite synthesis skills. You can take 10 conflicting perspectives from 10 senior leaders and distill them into one clear, actionable path forward  without losing anyone in the process.
  • A board-ready pen. Your written communication is exceptional. You use data to build narratives that earn executive buy-in, not just acknowledgment.
  • Operational rigor with a product mindset. You don't build bureaucracy. You build systems that remove friction, create velocity, and get out of the way.
  • Emotional intelligence at the senior level. You can challenge a VP, hold a CPO accountable, and walk out of the room with the relationship stronger than when you walked in.
  • Sound judgment under ambiguity. You know when to escalate, when to decide, and when to simplify  without being told.
  • Direct Mentorship: Work hand-in-hand with the leadership, receiving the same high-level coaching found at top-tier firms.
  • Executive Exposure: Your work will directly influence the C-Suites. You will have a front-row seat to how a global fintech scales.
  • From Ops to Strategy: Whether you want to lead a Product Line, move into Strategy & Corp Dev, or become a Chief of Staff, this is where you build the foundation.
