As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of customer-facing solutions, leading activities across the project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to final deployment. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, monitor budgets and schedules, and provide regular progress updates to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.

· Identify and manage project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.

· Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

· Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and steering committee reviews.

· Resolve conflicts and address challenges that arise during project execution.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of Project Management experience leading the full lifecycle implementation of CX solutions such as CRM and Self-Service Portals.

· Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

· Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools.

· Experience in budget management and financial reporting.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to senior management.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Experience managing diverse teams consisting of internal and external resources, both on- and off-shore.

· Project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
