LPN Weekend Shift Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Shift team at Cumberland Nursing and Rehab, the nation's largest providers of post-acute care. As an LPN on our Weekend Shift, you will play a vital role in providing skilled nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care and attention.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct routine assessments and reports to the care team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
• Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Maryland
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred
