• →Provide high-quality patient care , utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge to deliver individualized treatment plans
• →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• →Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• →Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies
• →Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care processes
• →Requirements
• →Must possess a current license as an RN in the state of Maryland
• →6-12 months of clinical experience, with Long Term Care experience preferred
• →Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff
