Inbound Inventory Associate

Inbound

Daily pickup of USPS mail from the mail room

Maintain daily logs of incoming packages from all carriers
-
Scan in, distribute, and notify Inventory Controllers and staff members of delivered mail/packages
-
Process returns and upload documents
-
Complete refund transactions of returned product
-
Inspect returned product for damages and quantity discrepancies, and re-route damaged product accordingly
-
Use RM and WMS software systems fluently
-
Respond to returns related inquiries in a timely manner
-
Communicate problems in a clear, concise way to other departments via Slack
-
Collaborate closely with members of the Customer Support team to ensure smooth transfer of repairs
-
Develop familiarity with the company’s product line
-
Label, sort, and stage incoming product
-
Restock and organize all inventory locations daily, including moving items to designated storage areas. May be required to squat, frequently bend, or utilize a step stool to retrieve stock located at various heights
-
Perform daily cycle counts
-
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
-
Ensure damaged goods are flagged and removed from inventory
-
Work with the rest of the team to ensure inventory accuracy
-
Support receiving, picking, and shipping teams with inventory related questions or issues

Must be able to work independently

Must keep a clean and organized work station
-
Some tasks require the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; while other tasks require the need to sit for 75% of your shift; you will need to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motion

Promote a respectful environment through collaborative teamwork and maintaining personal ownership of results

Willingness to support various teams to assist with operational needs

Basic mathematical and computer skills required

Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs

A love of jewelry and experience with either making jewelry or working for a jewelry company is a plus!
