SAP Senior Consultant - (SD/CS)

• Take responsibility for business process design, functional specifications, and implementation activities within SAP SD/CS.

• Conduct workshops and advise customers on SAP S/4HANA best practices.

• Support end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations and solution discussions.

• Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP SD and/or SAP CS with strong integration knowledge across SAP modules.

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Customer Service, and related business processes.

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.

• Experience supporting SAP projects within global environments.

• Strong knowledge of Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Returns, Customer Master Data, and Service Management.

• Experience with integration points across MM, FI/CO, and Logistics.

• Good communication skills and adaptability.

• Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
