In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and maintaining excellent service standards in a professional B2B environment.

• → Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• → Provide accurate information, support, and solutions in a timely manner
• → Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• → Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• → Maintain proper documentation of all interactions

• Danish: C2 (fluent/native)
• English: good working level
• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented and service-minded profile
• Based in Barcelona or able to relocate independently within the area

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week)
