We are seeking a seasoned Business and Financial Analyst with over 5 years of experience in the IT sector to drive strategic financial planning, data-driven decision-making, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of financial modelling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and business performance metrics to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to track KPIs across IT projects and business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business cases, ROI, and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.
  • Monitor budget adherence, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership.
  • Having good exposure in handling GST, Income Tax, and Payroll
  • Support pricing strategies, contract analysis, and vendor financial evaluations.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory standards.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of IT service delivery models, project costing, and resource utilization metrics.
  • Experience in business case development and strategic financial planning.
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and their financial implications.
  • Good hands on expertise in GST, Income Tax, and Payroll
