Responsibilities

Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.
Manage medications, clinical supplies, and patient records.
Liaise with laboratory teams and update patients on treatment progress.
Provide patient support through communication and care coordination.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and procedures.
Contribute to training, improvement projects, and service development.
Degree in Nursing.
Previous experience in a fertility clinic or similar healthcare environment is preferred.
Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills with a focus on patient safety.
Ability to manage patient data and use healthcare management systems.
Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
