The selected candidate will support workforce planning, budgeting, people analytics, and HR reporting across our Cluster. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional looking to further develop their expertise in workforce analytics, financial planning, and business partnering.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and leading workforce planning and forecasting activities across business units
  • Preparing workforce budgets, labour cost forecasts, and headcount analyses
  • Monitoring workforce costs and identifying trends and improvement opportunities
  • Developing HR dashboards, reports, and insights for management teams
  • Analysing workforce productivity, turnover, recruitment, and other key HR metrics
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across HR reporting processes
  • Supporting reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and operational teams to support decision-making
What are we looking for?
  • Has experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, finance, reporting, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
  • Holds a degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Has strong Excel skills and an interest in reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • Enjoys working with data and turning insights into actionable recommendations
  • Is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  • Has strong communication skills and enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
