Pool Housekeeping Attendant

If you answered yes to all of the above, Congressional Country Club invites you to consider joining our team as a Pool Housekeeping Attendant.

This role is essential to delivering an exceptional pool experience by ensuring all pool facilities are clean, organized, and ready for member enjoyment.

What will be expected of you:

• Clean and maintain all outdoor pool locker rooms (boys, girls, adult), team member bathrooms, Stop & Go bathrooms, and caddie bathrooms
• Clean and sanitize showers, walls, floors, sinks, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Polish metal fixtures and restroom hardware
• Replenish towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and amenities
• Remove used towels from all facilities throughout the day

• Perform daily floor maintenance using brushes, water, and diluted cleaning solutions
• Operate an automatic floor scrubber weekly to maintain tile and grout
• Remove, clean, and pressure wash floor mats as needed

• Remove spider webs and debris from wooden structures, fans, stairwells, and high-touch areas
• Pressure wash the pool deck, Pavilion hallway, Stop & Go, and Great Lawn areas
• Clean windows in the Pavilion, Studio, and Stop & Go areas
• Empty, clean, and reset trash receptacles

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pump room and storage/mop closets
• Leave all work areas clean, organized, and prepared for the next shift

• Assist with banquet set-ups and breakdowns on the Great Lawn as needed
• Ensure all areas are guest-ready for the following day

How we determine your qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor, and team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
