What you will be part of As part of the Central Talent Acquisition team, this role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and efficient recruitment experience across multiple markets. Working within a fast-paced international environment, you will coordinate complex hiring activities involving candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and senior stakeholders located across different geographies and time zones. Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance competing priorities while ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. What to expect * Able to apply a structured and logical approach to administrative activities, managing complex recruitment processes with accuracy and efficiency. * Coordinate candidate journeys across the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and assessments across multiple countries, time zones, and stakeholder groups. * Manage recruitment logistics from application through to offer and onboarding, ensuring all process stages are completed accurately and within agreed timelines. * Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, business leaders, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience. * Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, navigating changing priorities and complex diary management requirements. * Act as a positive ambassador for the Talent Acquisition team and CCEP, providing exceptional service and timely support for candidate and stakeholder enquiries. * Monitor candidate progress throughout the selection process, ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and relevant systems are maintained accurately with timely updates and documentation. * Support CV screening and candidate shortlisting against agreed essential criteria, ensuring a fair, consistent, and objective assessment of applications. * Where appropriate, support the delivery of candidate feedback, helping ensure timely, constructive, and evidence-based communication that enhances the overall candidate experience. * Maintain awareness of recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and legal considerations across relevant markets, seeking guidance when required. * Complete regular reporting activities to support the tracking and monitoring of key hiring metrics and recruitment performance. * Supports administrative and coordination elements of the TA Community Network * Raise and manage Purchase Orders and liaise with the Buying Desk and external suppliers as required. * Support the employee referral programme through regular reporting and administration activities. * Manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness while working across different markets, cultures, and business functions. What we expect from you Experience * Experience working in a fast-paced operational, coordination, or customer-focused administrative role. * Experience working within a large global matrix organisation. * Experience managing activities across multiple stakeholders, geographies, and time zones. * Professional experience in a Talent Acquisition, HR administration, recruitment coordination, or comparable role. * Fluency in English (additional CCEP languages would be beneficial). Skills and capabilities * Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging colleagues at all organisational levels, including senior leaders. * Collaborative team player who builds effective working relationships across different functions and locations. * Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and process excellence. * Comfortable working within structured processes while adapting to changing business needs and priorities. * Proficient in using systems and data to manage workload, track progress, and provide meaningful reporting. * Resilient and adaptable, able to operate effectively in a complex, international environment where priorities can shift quickly.
