As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, seamless experience for patients, families, and providers. Working under the direction of the Supervisor, you’ll support patient access by registering, scheduling, and preregistering patients for inpatient, emergency, and outpatient services, tests, and procedures.

You’ll also help patients understand their benefits and financial responsibilities while accurately requesting, collecting, and documenting payments. Your attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to service help ensure every patient’s experience starts with confidence and care.
