The Wilkes-Barre, PA facility has an immediate opening for Print Operators (Offset, Silk Screen and Flexo).

CCL Tube offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsible for operating, adjusting, testing, and maintaining printing equipment.  Maintains quality check log and completes production report on a daily basis.  Communicates quality, material, and production issues to supervisor by performing the following duties.

• →Reads job specs and procures all applicable tooling
• →Sets up the printing equipment to accommodate for job orders and specs in the production run
• →Conducts ongoing visual inspection of machine for leaks, loose belts, etc., according to checklist
• →Troubleshoots printing equipment
• →Conducts adjustments as needed to meet customer specifications
• →Performs checks for compliance to customer specifications and quality standards
• →Identifies and promptly reports to supervisors equipment malfunction, material, safety, and/or quality issues
• →Completes record production and quality control worksheet accurately
• →Performs line clearance procedures in the event of a product change
• →Performs clearance procedures for shift change over
• →Complies with company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices
• →Performs special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel
• →Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined work-piece to specifications
• →Diagnosis and repair of minor mechanical failures
