• →Plan and ensure execution of special projects based on customer packaging and label needs
• →Prepare and deliver reports, updates and projects according to Elite Plant Standards
• →Look at all issues from a proactive strategic perspective, eliminate causes and find effective solutions
• →Deliver communication at the right time
• →Get ideas across in a clear and understandable way
• →Listen well to understand
• →Handle tough conversations appropriately, maturely and in a timely manner
• →Maintain attention to detail in long term development and implementation of Process Improvement, Trials and R&D initiatives
