Our ImageCare Latham office is hiring a full-time Patient Support Representative to join their team! The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

The primary responsibility of this role is to answer phones in a high-volume call center, and to schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

→Answer multiple line phone system, forwarding calls to appropriate location or handling calls personally when appointments are needed.
→Remove messages from phone system and return calls to patients as needed.
→Cancel and reschedule patients when necessary.
→Schedule appointments for patients, following office protocols for access to care.
→Document verbal conversations and information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
→Transfer/retrieve office phones to/from answering service.
→Answer overflow of phone calls and direct appropriately.
→Process incoming telephone calls/messages based on office policy and procedure.

✓Minimum of one year work experience.
